These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ADHDNeuro website (adhdneuro.com) and the services provided by Jacqui Walker ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
ADHDNeuro provides ADHD screening, coaching, and related support services. Our services are provided by Jacqui Walker, BSc Psychology, MBPsS. Services are delivered online via video call to clients in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe.
The paid ADHD Screening & Clarity Report is an educational summary of a self-report questionnaire. It is not a medical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or psychological evaluation. It cannot be used with a doctor, GP, psychiatrist, psychologist, or any other clinician. It cannot be used for medication, prescriptions, insurance, school or workplace accommodations, legal proceedings, benefits claims, or any official paperwork. If you want a medical opinion, you must consult a qualified clinician in your country.
Appointments must be booked in advance. We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session rate. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Fees for our services are communicated at the time of booking. Payment is required prior to or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Our services do not constitute a medical diagnosis in the psychiatric sense. We provide psychological assessment and coaching. If we believe you require medical intervention, we will advise you to consult your GP or an appropriate medical professional. Our assessments are conducted in accordance with NICE guidelines and British Psychological Society standards.
We treat all client information as confidential and comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit consent, or where we are legally required to do so, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
