With a BSc in Psychology and membership of the British Psychological Society, I do screening and coaching, not clinic letters. That is not the same as a diagnostic service.
If you want a medical diagnosis, I will say so and point you to a qualified clinician. If you want a scored write-up and practical next steps, that is the work I do.
